Crm Administrator

About the role Logpagia Technologies is hiring CRM Administrators to own the day-to-day setup and health of our CRM. This is a manager-level contract role in the Business Development team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. You will make sure our sales and business development teams have accurate data, clear processes and a CRM they rely on every day.

What you will do

• Configure and maintain the CRM, including fields, pipeline stages, page layouts, user roles and permissions.
• Keep account, contact and opportunity data accurate by setting data standards, running regular clean-ups and removing duplicates.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards that show pipeline, activity and forecast figures to the business development team and leadership.
• Set up workflows and automations that cut manual work and keep records consistent.
• Onboard new users, run training sessions and write short guides on how the team uses the CRM.
• Act as the first point of contact for CRM questions and issues, and work with the product and engineering teams on integrations with other tools.
• Gather requirements from sales and business development, propose improvements and roll out changes with clear communication.

What we look for

• Hands-on experience administering a CRM platform, including configuration, permissions, reporting and automation.
• A solid understanding of sales pipelines and business development processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data quality.
• Skill at turning business needs into practical CRM configuration.
• Clear written and spoken communication, and the ability to train non-technical users.
• The ability to manage your own priorities and deliver independently as a contractor.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM integrations, data imports and migrations.
• Familiarity with spreadsheet analysis or basic SQL for data checks.
• CRM administrator certification.
